ABOUT
I have over a decade of experience teaching many styles of yoga. I co-created, developed and directed a YA Teacher Training and have experience teachng as an adjunct professor of yoga, metaphysics, Eastern philosophy and religion, Sanskrit and other aspects of yoga and philosophy.
My classes honor yoga’s true intention of finding divinity of mind, body and soul , both on and off the mat.
and to create a unique experience through readings, stories, music, adjustments, self exploration, essential oils and laughter.
I hope to inspire people with my experience, knowledge and passion for yoga. My mission is to teach students to integrate the wisdom and traditions of yoga into modern lifestyle, and to realize and connect with the Divine Self.
YOGA
Classes incorporate various traditions of yoga with emphasis on the flow of vinyasa, integrating the the spirituality and awakening of Kundalini, the presence of Tantra, pranayma and meditation, alignment, propensities of the chakra system and metaphysical body.
Classes are set to music, begin with meditation & Breathing, warm up , flowing movement and exploaration of postures with adjustments, and end in deep relaxation with essential oils.
